�.3�� <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br /> — MADDUX PARK PLAYGROUND RENOVATION PROJECT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), MOORE, IACOFANO <br /> AND GOLTSMAN (MIG), INC. of Berkeley, CA ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the design of Maddux Park Playground <br /> Renovation in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> landscaping architectural services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform consulting <br /> engineering, design and installation services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
