�.3��► <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> DEPOSIT OF FEES FOR UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING <br /> This agreement made and entered into this day of August, 2000, by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> ("City") and Giampaoli Family Trust ("Owner"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Owner is the owner of the property located at 1400-1480 Industrial <br /> Road, Redwood City, California (the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, I scribe is the tenant of the Property ("Tenant"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is significantly impacted by a large number of overhead <br /> power lines over and about the Property (the "Lines"); and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Redwood City Municipal Code, certain <br /> improvements made on private property require that overhead power lines located <br /> above the property and in front of the property be placed underground; and <br /> WHEREAS, Tenant desires to undertake certain tenants improvements on the <br /> Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the improvements which are to be undertaken by Tenant pursuant <br /> to Tenant's tenant improvements plans Permit No.2001179 at 1400 Industrial Way and <br /> other permit for tenant improvements to be undertaken by Tenant pursuant to <br /> Architectural Review permit AP 091-00 (and the building permit based upon AP 091-00) <br /> Agmt-387 .� <br /> f/sh/sh/RC/Council <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 08/08/00 <br />
