�1.3M3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE 1999-2000 STREET <br /> OVERLAY PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN <br /> OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13935, adopted June 26, 2000, <br /> the City Clerk advertised for bids for the 1999-2000 Street Overlay Project, <br /> Redwood City, California; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, five bids were received for <br /> the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, Interstate Grading & Paving, Inc. of So. San Francisco, <br /> California is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> this Council to award said bid to Interstate Grading & Paving, Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
