�.4A3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE REGIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION/OPERATIONS <br /> PROGRAM (RTSOP 2) ARTERIAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> INTERCONNECT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Regional Traffic Signalization/ <br /> Operations Program (RTSOP 2) Arterial Traffic Signal Interconnect Project, in <br /> the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
