1. �I'� /.. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AMENDMENT TO DEED OF CONVEYANCE <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City (the <br /> "Agency") conveyed the property known as 3426, 3436, 3446, 3456, 3466, 3476- <br /> 3480, 3486 Rolison Road and 1181 Haven Avenue, Redwood City, (the <br /> "Property") to Habitat for Humanity, Inc., a not for profit corporation, ("HabitaY'), <br /> by grant deed (the Deed"), as evidenced by resolution No. RD-39, approved on <br /> April 24th, 2000 by the Board of Directors of the Agency ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Deed contained restrictions including a restriction against <br /> further encumbrance of the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, Habitat has requested the right to further encumber the <br /> Property to finance a portion of the construction of affordable housing units on <br /> the Property; <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by the Board of <br /> Directors of the Agency a deed of conveyance transferring ownership of the City <br /> Properties to the Agency; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by the Board of <br /> Directors of the Agency an amendment to the Deed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> F:�.shared\Redwood\Council\ 1 <br /> Reso-970 <br /> FXS:fs <br /> 08/07/00 <br />
