("Habitat"), a California not for profit corporation <br /> ("Owner"), with respect to those certain parcels of real property (the "Property") legally <br /> described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, to amend the <br /> Grant Deed, including any addendum thereto recorded with the Grant Deed, dated, <br /> May 5, 2000 , by and between the Agency as Grantor and Habitat as Grantee, and <br /> recorded on May 31, 2000, in the Office of the County Recorder's Office of the County of <br /> San Mateo, California, as instrument 2000-063539, (the "Grant Deed") <br /> 1.
