The subdivision is located at the end of Seaport Boulevard
adjacent to RMC Lonestar property at the north end of Seaport Boulevard. The
Planned Development Permit requires the developer to construct Seaport Boulevard
from Seaport Court to Pacific Shores Center.
The developer, Pacific Shores Development, LLC, submitted the improvement plans for
Seaport Boulevard (prepared by Bohley Consulting of San Mateo, California, civil
engineers) and received the City's approval. The developer posted Faithful
Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of $6,300,000.
In order to construct Seaport Boulevard, the developer has requested on behalf of the
City of Redwood City and Pacific Shores Development, a temporary construction
easement from Cargill, Inc. Cargill, Inc. has agreed to this request, and submitted the
legal document.
Copy of the Temporary Construction Easement is available for review in the City Clerk's
Office.
Fiscal Impacts
There are no fiscal impacts to the City of Redwood City by this action.
_, j
r ,/
; " !
t( " " ' [., G'
Lowell L.
