�.'lA� <br /> Section 4. Exclusion. Notwithstanding the provisions of this ordinance <br /> to the contrary, office developments, if any, which prior to July 1, 2000, have <br /> been approved pursuant to a specific plan, development agreement, disposition <br /> and development agreement, or by other agreement duly entered into by the City <br /> which provides for, or allows the development or use of, a parcel or parcels one <br /> acre or larger for offices within the Affected Districts shall be exempt from the <br /> provisions hereof. <br /> Section 5. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br /> Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br /> and employees of the City having authority with the issuance or approval of land <br /> use entitlements affected hereby are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 6. Supercession. Any and all ordinances, resolutions, <br /> directives or other regulations, or portions thereof, in conflict with the provisions <br /> of this ordinance are hereby superceded, and the provisions hereof shall govern <br /> and prevail over such conflicting matters. <br /> Section 7. Effective Date.
