IOA=�10 <br /> observed as an official holiday by City, the time for performance shall be extended <br /> to the following Business Day. <br /> "Cit�' means the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State <br /> of California. <br /> "City Manager" means the individual designated as the City Manager under <br /> Section 26 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City or his/her designee. <br /> "Council" means those elected officials which are authorized to exercise the <br /> powers granted to and vested in City under Government Code Section 37100, et <br /> seq., and the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> "Day" means any calendar day, unless a Business Day is specified.
