IbA•ii4�1 <br /> vacant or abandoned buildings, (ii) inability of the Grantee to obtain access to <br /> private property, and (iii) situations that substantially and adversely affect the <br /> economic viability of the Cable System. <br /> 4.4 Commercial Areas <br /> For areas of the City that are primarily commercial, the Grantee shall <br /> install appropriate conduit at any time that open utility trenches are available and <br /> the Grantee has received at least thirty (30) working days advance notice of the <br /> availability of the trenches, provided those trenches are within one thousand <br /> (1,000) feet of existing Grantee facilities.
