�• .�1V.�7 <br /> FY 2000/2001 AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY OFFICE OF HOUSING <br /> AND <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2000, by and <br /> between the COIJNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision of the State of California, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "County", and CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - FAIR OAKS <br /> COMMUNIT'Y CENTER, hereinafter referred to as"Contractor". <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> W��REAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County ma.y contract with <br /> independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department <br /> thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that Contractor be retained for the purpose of <br /> performing the professional services specified herein (occasionally referred to as "the Project") from <br /> Contractor; <br /> NOW, TI�REFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Definitions See Exhibit A for any definitions <br /> 3.
