Compliance with Appiicable Laws All services to be performed by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed in accordance with ali applicable Federal, Staxe, County and Municipal laws, ordinances, regulations, including but not limited to appropriate licensure, certification regulations confidentiality rec�uirements and applicable quality assurance regulations. 13. Monitoring All services performed and payments made pursuant to this agreement sha11 be monitored according to the protocols set forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. 14. Alteration of Agreement This Agreement is entire and contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. No alteration or variation shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the parties hereto, and no oral understanding or agreement shall be binding on the parties hereto. 15. Interpretation and Enforcement A.
