MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> May 20, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-128 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: May 21, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Public Works Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT Motion to authorize Clothes Washer Rebate Program <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 20, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Howard, Pierce, Hartnett, <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Jordan and Vice Mayor Ira <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />MIS Hartnett/Howard Motion to authorize an increase to the rebate funding for <br />Fiscal Year 2001/2002 from $45,000 to $56,250 representing an increase in the <br />number of rebates from 300 to 375; authorize funding for Fiscal Year 2002/2003, <br />to continue participation in the regional high-efficiency clothes washer rebate <br />program, at $66,900; continue the rebate amount per customer at $150.00; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
