<br />7_~G 1Y <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />YOUTH AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE-YOUR HOUSE SOUTH <br />FISCAL YEAR 2000/01 <br /> <br />CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br /> <br />Provide outreach to 1,300 Redwood City youth. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Provide face to face, one time crisis intervention services to 60 youth from Redwood City. <br /> <br />Provide residential services, including emergency overnights to youth from Redwood City. A <br />case disposition plan will be developed for all youth admitted to the two-week residential program. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />180 Redwood City youth will receive crisis intervention assistance and referrals to other services <br />by placing a cris phone call to Youth House South. <br /> <br />. <br />
