That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" (form dated 08/21/00) by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California and West Coast Arborists, Inc., providing for the aforesaid services, a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br /> <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3.
