Any notice, demand, request, consent, approval, waiver, or communication that <br />any party desires or is required to give to another party or any other person shall be in writing and <br />either served personally or sent by prepaid mail, and if given by mail shall be deemed sufficiently given <br />when sent by registered or certified mail. Any notice, demand, request, consent, approval, waiver, <br />or communication that any party desires or is required to give by mail to another party shall be <br />addressed to the other. parties at the addresses set forth below. Any party may change its address by <br /> <br />notifying the other parties of the change of address.
