<br />7. 7 f3 '-f <br /> <br />into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic <br /> <br />feet. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />User Categories: The determination of the appropriate user <br /> <br />category for a particular premises shall be made by City's Director <br /> <br />based upon the waste or wastewater constituents or charact~ristics <br /> <br />of such user, including such factors as biochemical oxygen <br /> <br />demand, suspended solids, and volume, consistent with the <br /> <br />categories hereinabove in subdivision A established. <br /> <br />The user <br /> <br />category for any particular premises may be revised, changed, or <br /> <br />redesignated by Authority's Manager with the consent of City's <br /> <br />Director upon a determination by them that the waste or wastewater <br /> <br />characteristics of the user of such premises have changed in such <br /> <br />manner, or to such an extent, as to justify such reclassification. <br /> <br />Any user, permittee, applicant, or other person aggrieved by a <br /> <br />determination of City's Director made pursuant hereto may appeal <br /> <br />such determination to Authority's Commission in accordance with <br /> <br />the provisions of Section 27.130, et seq.; provided, that references <br /> <br />in said Section to "Authority's Manager" shall be deemed to mean <br /> <br />"Director.
