<br />7.2AC¡ <br /> <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />NO.1 <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of <br />the following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California (the "City"), Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. of Richmond, Cal ifornia <br />herein referred to as (the "Contractor"). <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES - REDWOOD SHORES TRAFFIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />Contractor: <br /> <br />CCS PLANNING & ENGINEERING, INC. <br />6 CROW CANYON COURT <br />SAN RAMON, CA 94583-1621 <br />(925) 314-1220 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: <br /> <br />JULY 19,1998 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, <br />which are in addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Description of Services. <br />Perform additional design services for the Redwood Shores Traffic <br />Improvements Project (See Exhibit "A", attached) <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services <br />described in this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as <br />indicated (check and complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a. --L (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based <br />upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />b. Not to exceed $70,870. <br />
