The eStimated average staff hours per plan sheet assumes that the revised sheets wil! be part of <br />the larger Bid Set. so that the Boiler Plate, Contract Section., and individual technical specs <br />would not have to b~ revised for IL Stand-Alone Bid Set. <br />2. The estimated specification hours assume that the only required activity is to ensure that the <br />current requirements and language is appropriate for the Redesign. The Bid List wil] be revised <br />to conform to the Redesign.. <br />3. Jt is :isStJmed that we have sufficient field survey data to do the Redesign. (We think we have <br />the necessary data. ) <br />4.
