<br />7, '38$ <br /> <br />provides treatment service for sewage emanating from the City and the Emerald <br /> <br />Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District, shall be the source of treatment <br /> <br />capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing Territory, and treatment <br /> <br />capacity rights allocated to the County of San Mateo pursuant to the Capacity <br /> <br />Agreement shall not be the source of treatment capacity for the Annexing <br /> <br />Territory. <br /> <br />3. The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property located in the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4 in Block 509 and a portion of Jefferson Avenue as said Lot, Block and <br /> <br />Avenue are shown on the map entitled "Map of Highlands of Emerald Lake, <br /> <br />Subdivision Number Five", filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San <br /> <br />Mateo County, State of California on January 29, 1927 in Book 15 of Maps at <br /> <br />Pages 15-18 inclusive and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the which is the common corner of Lots 3, 4, 8 and 10, Block <br />509 as said Lots and Block are shown on said map, said point also being <br />a point in the boundaries of the Emerald lake Height Sewer Maintenance <br />District as established by Resolution No. 60688 passed and adopted on <br />November 12, 1996; Thence from said Point of Beginning, North <br />78°11'50" West along the southerly line of said Lot 4 and its northwesterly <br />prolongation 215 feet more or less to a point in the westerly line of <br />Jefferson Avenue as shown on said map and a point in the boundary of <br />the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by <br />Resolution No. 47575 passed and adopted on December 3,1985; Thence <br />along said westerly line and district boundary North 2°52' West 51 feet <br />more or less and North 32°08' East 52.77 feet to a point in the Emerald <br />lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. <br />44822 passed and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence leaving said <br />westerly line, South 5r52' East along said district boundaries 25 feet to <br />the centerline of said Jefferson Avenue and a point in the aforementioned <br />district boundaries (Res.#60688); Thence southwesterly along said <br /> <br />Reso-975 <br />DES:djk <br />F :/Sha red/Redwood/Co unci I/Reso <br />08/17/00 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />. ,-.....-..-.....,.... <br />
