<br />I. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />REPORT <br /> <br />TO THE HONORABLE <br /> <br />MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FROM THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />July 28, 2000 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Approval of Execution of Agreements for Human Services Financial Assistance Program (HSFA) 2000/2001, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Authorize the City Manager to execute the Human Services Financial Assistance Program agreements in the amounts <br />specified in the 2000/2001 fiscal year approved budget. <br /> <br />Background <br />After reviewing each proposal for several weeks, on April 21sl, the Housing and Human Concerns Committee <br />recommended funding as follows. On May 8, Council approved these recommendations and again approved them on <br />June 26th as part of the entire general fund budget.
