<br />1. ~(; 3 <br /> <br />(07/10/00) <br /> <br />RES OLUT ION N 0,- <br /> <br />Resolution Approving And Authorizing Execution Of <br />Agreement With «Agency» <br /> <br />WHEREAS, «agency» is a private, non-profit organization that provides «provides», which <br /> <br />services are in furtherance of the public health, welfare and benefit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, «agency», has requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities <br /> <br />during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to enter into an <br /> <br />agreement with «agency» to provide financial assistance in furtherance of its public purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated 7/10/00), by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />«agency» a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />, '-~--"'-'--r-"'-"'- <br />
