A 1- <br /> <br />adoption. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any vehicle to <br />occupy or remain in any space in the Police Department <br />parking lot (described in Subdivision 8 of Section 20.184) or <br />in any space designated for visitor parking in the Municipal <br />Services Center parking lot (described in Subdivision E of <br />Section 20.184) for more than one (1) hour, except on <br />Sundays and holidays, when signs are erected giving notice <br />thereof. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any vehicle to <br />occupy or remain in, or adjacent to, any area marked or <br />posted by signs for no parking, or parking prohibited, or <br />adjacent to any curb painted red, as so designated by the <br />City manager in any off-street parking facility described in <br />Section 20.184, or in any turn-around circle or other traffic <br />circulation portion of said facility so designated." <br /> <br />Section 2.
