A parcel of land occupied or intended for <br />occupancy for a use permitted in this ordinance, including buildings and <br />structures for such uses, open space, and required off-street parking." <br /> <br />"Section 2.55 Lot Area. The horizontal area within the exterior lines of <br />a lot, exclusive of any area in a public or private way open to public uses." <br /> <br />"Section 2.58.5 Lot Size.
