Offices with a gross floor area of less than 10,000 square feet" <br /> <br />Section 11. Section 15.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding Section 15.4p thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 15.4. Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted in <br />the CG District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />p. Offices with a gross floor area of 10,000 square feet or more." <br /> <br />Section 12. Section 15.12 is hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 15.12 Floor Area Ratio <br /> <br />a. The maximum floor area ratio for commercial uses on lots with <br />frontage on EI Camino Real (State Route 82) shall be 40 <br />percent. Lots fronting on EI Camino Real shall be deemed to <br />include lots immediately to the rear and adjacent to lots fronting <br />on EI Camino Real. <br /> <br />b. The maximum floor area ratio for commercial uses on lots <br />fronting on Woodside Road between the intersections thereof <br />with EI Camino Real and Alameda de Las Pulgas shall be 40 <br />percent.
