<br />T}.~-A'~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR HOUSING REVITALIZATION <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />(NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES CENTER) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, North Peninsula Neighborhood Services Center (Contractor) conducts a <br /> <br />housing accessibility modification program for residents of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />(the Program); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br /> <br />the Program during the fiscal year commencing July L 2000, and ending June 30, 2001; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to <br /> <br />allocate to Contractor, the sum of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) from its <br /> <br />Community Development Block Grant funds for the foregoing purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been presented to. and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />agreement and authorize its execution: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Housing Revitalization Program," (fonn <br /> <br />dated 8/15/00), by and between the City of Redwood City and the North Peninsula <br />
