<br />r¡.2..A~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR HERON COURT NEIGHBORHOOD <br />NETWORK CENTER <br /> <br />(HERON COURT COOPERATIVE, INc.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Heron Court Cooperative, Inc. (Contractor) operates Heron Court <br /> <br />Neighborhood Network Center for residents of the City of Redwood City (the Program): <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br /> <br />the Program during the fiscal year commencing July L 2000. and ending June 30. 2001; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to <br /> <br />allocate to Contractor, the sum of Five Thousand and no/1 00 Dollars ($5.000.00) from <br /> <br />its Community Development Block Grant funds for the foregoing purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. an agreement providing for such funding has been presented to. and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />agreement and authorize its ,execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Heron Court Neighborhood <br /> <br />Network Center:' (form dated 8/15/00). by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />8/15/00 <br /> <br />ï '~--T <br />
