<br />f).2.A4'1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR REDWOOD F AMIL Y HOUSE <br />TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM <br /> <br />(SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Shelter Network of San Mateo County (Contractor) conducts a <br /> <br />transitional housing and comprehensive support services for homeless families who <br /> <br />reside in the City of Redwood City (the Program); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br /> <br />the Program during the fiscal year commencing July 1,2000, and ending June 30, 2001; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to <br /> <br />allocate to Contractor. the sum of Eighty Thousand and no/1 00 Dollars ($80,000) from <br /> <br />its General Fund for the foregoing purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been presented to, and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY. AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~...,_..."-"..... <br />
