In the event that differences relating to this <br />agreement, or to the relationship between the contracting parties, should arise <br />during the term of the agreement, both parties will pursue resolution using an <br />interest-based, non-adversarial approach and utilizing the services of a neutral third <br />party mediator if direct negotiations are not successful. The decision of the neutral <br />third party mediator shall not be binding on the parties. This paragraph shall not in <br />any way operate as a waiver of the parties' right to commence any action at law or <br />in equity. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS.
