<br />Council made comments related to lack of interest in the housing production ordinance, a need <br />for incentives and planning needed rather than emergency action. <br /> <br />MIS ClaireIHoward to extend to 12:40 a.m. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />MIS Claire/Ira to refer Report 1 - Zoning Ordinance: Definitions, uses and standards back to <br />the Planning Commission; set a joint study session with the Planning Commission to set <br />standards on the direction to follow; direct staff to move forward with the specific plan for <br />Bair Island through the Planning Commission as rapidly as possible; staff to return with a <br />scaled back version of the interim urgency ordinance relative to development standards, F ARs, <br />acre greater or less, parking, landscaping and definitions at the meeting of September 11. The <br />motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Council Member Jordan voting no. <br /> <br />13. CLOSED SESSION - No reported action taken. <br /> <br />13.
