<br />1"]. ~A \ \ <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS <br /> <br />(REDWOOD SHORES BA YFRONT SPECIFIC PLAN) <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this - day of <br /> <br />2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California, ("City"), and CH2MHILL of San Jose, California <br /> <br />("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires an environmental analysis in order to <br /> <br />understand the potential significance of environmental impact associated with <br /> <br />development under the Redwood Shores Bay Front Specific Plan (the "Project"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, preparation of an Initial Study <br /> <br />is required pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. <br /> <br />Res. Code §21000 et seq.), the State Guidelines implementive thereof ("State <br /> <br />CEQA Guidelines"; 14 CCR §15000, et seq.) and the City's Regulations <br /> <br />implementive thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the completion of the Initial Study, the Project <br /> <br />may be subject to environmental review pursuant to CEQA; and <br /> <br />Agmt-400 <br />F: Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:rg <br />09/07/00 <br /> <br />1 <br />
