1.3-C��o <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PROFESSIONAL ARBORICULTURAL INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and RAY MORNEAU of <br /> Mountain View, California ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires arboricultural inspection services related to <br /> heritage trees on private properties in the City of Redwood City (the "Projects"); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform arboricultural <br /> inspection and related services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br /> Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an amount <br /> based upon Consultant's rates that are prevailing during the time of the <br /> performance of said services.
