�1.� -Ab <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY- <br /> OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE <br /> THEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City owns that certain personal property <br /> listed on Exhibits "A", "B", and "C", attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence that such property is not <br /> needed for present or prospective municipal or public purposes, and should be <br /> declared surplus; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property and <br /> determined that the current reasonable market value of the total of each of the <br /> surplus items to be sold as a unit is more than Five Thousand Dollars <br /> ($5,000.00); and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to declare said <br /> � property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the <br /> Charter of the City of Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
