$A��1 <br /> Philis Cangeni, 517 Winton Avenue, RC. She cited one case of a friend <br /> of hers and one of the issues was parking on the driveway. She feels we <br /> ' have off street parking because people have two vehicles. She also <br /> commented on the situation where there are too many peopie living in one <br /> unit. She feels that the City .has a moral obligation to add some type of <br /> statement about occupancy. <br /> Jerry Schnell, RC Building inspector, Mr. Schnell said that according to <br /> the Uniform Building Code an efficiency unit is required t� have 220 <br /> square feet and an efficiency unit is just a studio for two individuals. If you <br /> have a third person, you need to add another 100 square feet so it will bs <br /> 300 square feet for three people. <br /> Commissioner Sanfiiipo asked Mr. Schnell what staff was doing right now <br /> to enforce the ordinance and regufations that are in place. <br /> Mr. Schnell said that there is a new Administrative citation process in <br /> place and the City has four Code Enforcement officers working on code <br /> .. violations.
