�� � <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B-9 OF <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 13876, RELATING TO THE SALARY AND <br /> WAGE PLAN FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS <br /> (SEIU UNIT), TO ADD THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR <br /> LEAD PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCHER; AND TO REVISE THE <br /> SALARY FOR THE POSITION OF LEAD POLICE CLERK <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13298 entitled, "Resolution <br /> Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications (SEIU <br /> Unit)", adopted March 23, 1998, and Resolution No. 13876 entitled, "Resolution <br /> Amending Resolution No. 13298, as Amended, Establishing a Salary and Wage <br /> Plan for Certain Employee Classifications (SEIU Unit) to Provide for a Salary <br /> Adjustment", adopted April 10, 2000, is hereby further amended by adding to the <br /> list of employment classifications set out therein the position of Lead Public <br /> Safety Dispatcher. <br /> 2. Exhibit B-9 to the aforesaid Resolution No. 13876 is hereby amended <br /> by adding thereto the salary schedule for the position of Lead Public Safety <br /> Dispatcher as set forth in Exhibit "B-10", attached hereto, and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein; and to revise the salary schedule for the position of Lead <br /> Police Clerk. <br /> 3.
