The property mar�ager shall provide the <br /> Parking Management Pfan to all tenants of 2400 Broadway and be responsibfe <br /> to monitor and insure that tenants comp(y with this City requirement. In the <br /> event that parking demand increases, a revised Parking Management Plan <br /> shalf be submitted within 30 days. <br /> 3. The site landscaping, inc(uding the window planter boxes and interior and <br /> exterior lobby planters shall be maintained in a healthy, attractive condition at <br /> alf times. Seasonal annuals shall be replaced at I�ast four times per year. <br /> 4. The applicant shall obtain Building Permits for site signage per the previously <br /> reviewed sign program (Architectural Permit 19-00). <br /> 5. The cubicle partially bloc�Cing the second-story corner window shal( be <br /> removed immediately. The ground floor and second-story windows shall be <br /> kept free of obstructions at all times. <br /> 6.
