Section 33.14 Repair of Unsafe Structu�es. The provisions of this articfe shall not be construed to preciude the repair or alteration of any part of any sVucture declared to be unsafe by t�e Bui(din� Otficial when such repairs o� alterations are far the purpose of restorin� the structure to a safe condition.
