The Developer, Manzanita <br /> Associates, LLC, has completed the construction of the improvements in accordance <br /> with the Construction Agreement, the ptans and specifications, and to the satisfaction <br /> of Engineering and Construction Services. The developer provided a Faithful <br /> Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Bond, each in the amount of $260,000, <br /> which can now be released. <br /> Fiscal Impacts <br /> The Maintenance Bond will be held for one year after which maintenance will be the <br /> responsibility of the City. <br /> Funds for the maintenance are appropriated in the Public Works Services Department <br /> Operational Budget for the maintenance of the street, storm drainage, water and sewer <br /> improvements, i.e., water mains and services to the water meters and sewer facilities <br /> within the easements. <br /> ,�'� ,,�' �►�r . ,� � � <br /> Lowell L.
