DEPOStT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13973, adopted August 14, 2000, <br /> the City Clerk advertised for bids for Red Morton ParkNalota Road Restroom <br /> Replacement Project in the City of Redwood City, California; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, one bid was received for the <br /> performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, D& D Pipelines of Greenbrae, Califomia is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to award said <br /> bid to D& D Pipelines; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
