'�. 3 -E 3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR UNDERGROUNDING EXISTING <br /> OVERHEAD FACILITIES (PG&E, PAC BELL, CABLE TV) <br /> � CONSTRUCTION AT 890 BROADWAY; APPROVING AND <br /> ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT <br /> THEREOF <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Undergrounding <br /> Existing Overhead Facilities (PG&E, PacBell, Cable N) Construction at 890 <br /> Broadway" (form dated 09/28/OOR), by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and 890 Broadway <br /> Associates, L.L.C., a California limited liability company, as the owner of record <br /> ("Owner") of said real property located at 890 Broadway, Redwood City, <br /> California, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and <br /> on behalf of the City of Redwood City, subject to the following conditions: <br /> (a) Before the commencement of any construction of the Improvements <br /> defined and specified in the Agreement, Owner shall furnish to City and file with <br /> the City Clerk, a cash deposit securing the faithful performance which includes <br /> labor and materials of all work and construction of all improvements designated <br /> Reso-994 � <br /> F:\shared\Redwood\Council <br /> FXS:djk <br /> 09/15/00 <br /> 09/28/OOR <br /> . .. _. ..___ __ _ __. . <br />
