�,3• F6 <br /> 1. Improvements. Owner shail, at its own cost and expense, construct ail of <br /> the improvements ("Improvements"), furnish all the materials, and do all the work <br /> hereinafter described in accordance with, and as provided for in, the plans prepared for <br /> Owner by Bohley Consulting Civil Engineers, entitled, "Construction Drawings for <br /> Pacific Shores Center Lot 6," as well as City's revised specifications entitled, <br /> "Engineering Standards of the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998 which <br /> plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer, Engineering and <br /> Construction. Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance with the <br /> � provisions of Article VII, Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. If a <br /> conflict exists between the plans and specifications and said Chapter 29 in regard to <br /> the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter standard shall govern to the <br /> extent of such conflict. Owner shall complete all of the Improvements, subject to such <br /> exceptions and time extensions allowable under paragraph 10, on or before October <br /> 16, 2002.
