If any of such uses occupy a total of 30,000 <br /> square feet or more of gross floor space on a parcel in one <br /> ownership, at least 10 percent of the required parking spaces shall <br /> be designated and marked for carpool and/or vanpool parking. <br /> � <br /> Section 23. Exclusion. Nofinrithstanding the provisions of this ordinance <br /> to the contrary, applications for development entitlements for office development <br /> which, as of September 1, 2000, have been granted an architectural permit <br /> pursuant to Article 45 of the Zoning Ordinance, shall be exempt from the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. Nofinrithstanding the foregoing, and any provisions <br /> of this ordinance to the contrary, office developments with respect to which a <br /> development agreement, disposition and development agreement, or other <br /> agreement duly entered into by the City or by the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> City of Redwood City which provides for, or allows the development or use of, a <br /> parcel for office uses shall likewise be exempt from the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 24. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br /> Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br /> and employees of the City having authority with the issuance or approval of land <br /> use entitlements affected hereby are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> � Section 25.
