$ -P11�7 <br /> Section 24. Exciusion. Notwithstanding the provisions of.this ordinance <br /> to the contrary, applications for development entitlements for office <br /> developments which, as of September 1, 2000, have been granted an <br /> architectural permit pursuant to Article 45 of the Zoning Ordinance, shall be <br /> exempt from the provisions of this ordinance. Nofinrithstanding the foregoing, <br /> and any provisions of this ordinance to the contrary, office developments with <br /> respect to which a development agreement, disposition and development <br /> agreement, or other agreement duly entered into by the City or by the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City which provides for, or allows <br /> the development or use of, a parcel of land for office uses shall likewise be <br /> exempt from the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 25. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br /> Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br /> and employees of. the City having authority over the issuance or approval of land <br /> use entitlements affected hereby are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 26. Supercession. Any and all ordinances, resolutions, <br /> directives or other regulations, or portions thereof, in conflict with the provisions <br /> of this ordinance are hereby superceded, and the provisions hereof shall govern <br /> and prevail over such conflicting matters. <br /> Section 27. Effective Date.
