�. z-a�t <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and ZEIGER <br /> ENGINEERS, INC. of Oakland, California ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the preparation of construction documents to <br /> modify existing electrical panels in the City's "essential facilities" (the "Facilities") <br /> located at the Community Activities Building, the Fair Oaks Community Center <br /> and the Veterans Senior Center to accept emergency portable generators in the <br /> City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> consulting electrical engineering and design services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES.
