Pursuant to Section 11.45(d) of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the <br /> date by which all affected property owners must provide for services from underground facilities <br /> is fixed as 30 days prior to removal of all overhead utilities, including existing service drops, <br /> wood utility poles, overhead wires and associated structures. <br /> SECTION 9. Pursuant to Section 11.45(e) of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the <br /> following facilities may be maintained above-ground: transformers, pedestal-mounted service <br /> terminals, above-grade splice boxes, and all existing overhead high power transmissions from <br /> St. Francis Street to Valota Road. <br /> SECTION 10.
