The <br /> scope of the fees shall be broken down as follows: <br /> Field Investigations (not to exceed 20 person hours) $ 2,700.00 <br /> Attend Coordination meetings (not to exceed 16 person hours) $ 2,160.00 <br /> Construction Documents (not to exceed) $ 13,140.00 <br /> Total not to exceed contract $ 18,000.00 <br /> (Note: The fee may need to be adjusted if the assumption that the loads can easily be � <br /> isolate is not proven at the time of the field investigation.) <br /> Project Description: The project consists of providing construction documents for the <br /> provision of connecting a portable generator to three designated sites (Community Activities <br /> Building, Fair Oaks Community Center, and the Veterans Memorial Senior Center) to <br /> provide power to the emergency lights, hvac, and kitchen facility. The design shall include <br /> the field investigation of the existing facilities for the most economical method of <br /> interfacing a portable generator to the existing distribution system and any coordination <br /> meetings with various departments to arrive at a plausible design. The requirements are as <br /> dictated in the initial RFP package provided to our office on the 31S` of July. The <br /> construction documents will be provided in two phases; 50% and 95% design documents. <br /> Our office will create the drawings on ACAD 14.
