'7.2- Fy <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> DEPOSIT OF FEES FOR UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING <br /> This agreement made and entered into this day of October, 2000, by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> ("City") and iScribe, Inc. ("iScribe"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, The Giampaoli Family Trust Partnership, L.P., a California Limited <br /> Partnership ("Owner") is the owner of the properties located at 1400-1480 Industrial <br /> Road, Redwood City, California (collectively referred to as the "Premises"); and <br /> WHEREAS, iScribe and Owner have entered into a long-term lease agreement <br /> for the lease of the Premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Premises are significantly impacted by a large nurnber of <br /> overhead power lines over and about the Premises (collectively referred to as the <br /> "Lines"); and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Redwood City Municipal Code, <br /> certain improvements made on private property require that overhead power lines <br /> located above the property and in front of the property be placed underground; and <br /> WHEREAS, iScribe desires to undertake certain tenants improvements on the <br /> Premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, the improvements which are to be undertaken by iScribe pursuant <br /> to iScribes's tenant improvements plans Permit No.2001179 at 1400 Industrial Way <br /> Agmt-387b 1 <br /> f/sh/sh/RC/Council <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 09/28/00:10/18/OOR <br />
