� .�.- N3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") requires legal services for <br /> performing revenue protection services and assisting City and City's consultant <br /> ("MMC") in connection with legal issues that arise in the audit and compliance <br /> activities performed by MMC; and <br /> WHEREAS, Donald H. Maynor, A Professional Corporation, Atherton, <br /> . California ("Firm"), represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified <br /> to perForm the aforesaid services for the City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Legal Services Agreement" (form dated <br /> 10/12/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> the State of California, and Donald H.
