Section 18.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> <br />amending Section 18.2a thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 18.2 Permitted Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the IP District: <br /> <br />a. Offices, the gross floor area of which is less than 10,000 square <br />feet. " <br /> <br />Section 18. Section 18.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding Section 18.4n thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 18.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the IP District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />n. Offices, the gross floor area of which is 10,000 square feet or <br />more." <br /> <br />Section 19. Section 18.17 is hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 18.17 Floor Area Ratio. The maximum floor area ratio is 40 <br />percent. " <br /> <br />Section 20. Section 26.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> <br />repealing Section 26.2x and adding Sections 26.2ss and 26.2tt thereto to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 26.2 Permitted Uses. The following retail uses are permitted: <br /> <br />x. <br /> <br />[reserved] <br /> <br />ss. <br />tt. <br /> <br />Offices above the ground floor. <br />Bail bond businesses above the ground floor." <br /> <br />Section 21.
