<br />4,4 (14) <br /> <br />Section 24. Exclusion. Notwithstanding the provisions of this ordinance <br /> <br />to the contrary, applications for development entitlements for office <br /> <br />developments which, as of September 1, 2000, have been granted an <br /> <br />architectural permit pursuant to Article 45 of the Zoning Ordinance, shall be <br /> <br />exempt from the provisions of this ordinance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, <br /> <br />and any provisions of this ordinance to the contrary, office developments with <br /> <br />respect to which a development agreement, disposition and development <br /> <br />agreement, or other agreement duly entered into by the City or by the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City which provides for, or allows <br /> <br />the development or use of, a parcel of land for office uses shall likewise be <br /> <br />exempt from the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 25. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br /> <br />Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br /> <br />and employees of the City having authority over the issuance or approval of land <br /> <br />use entitlements affected hereby are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 26. <br /> <br />Supercession. <br /> <br />Any and all ordinances, resolutions, <br /> <br />directives or other regulations, or portions thereof, in conflict with the provisions <br /> <br />of this ordinance are hereby superceded, and the provisions hereof shall govern <br /> <br />and prevail over such conflicting matters. <br /> <br />Section 27. Effective Date.
